Upya Renew was founded to tackle plastic waste while creating sustainable materials for industry. What began as a small collection initiative in Kampala has grown into a regional recycling powerhouse, serving industries across five East African countries.

We believe the plastic problem is also an economic opportunity. By investing in technology, training local workers, and building scalable infrastructure, we're proving that environmental responsibility and industrial growth can go hand in hand.
